Welcome! 💕 Thank you for visiting our website and supporting our small business. Gracefully Yours & Co. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By using our website and placing orders for products or services, you agree to the following:

1. Products & Pre-Orders 🛍️

  • All physical products are handmade and available by pre-order only.

  • Estimated wait times:
    • 1–3 weeks if materials are already on hand.
    • 4–6 weeks if materials need to be ordered internationally.

  • Please note: variations in color, materials, and design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each item.

2. Services 🎨

We currently offer: Brand Identity, Live Painting, and Custom Painting services.

Booking a service is simple:

  1. Fill out the service questionnaire.

  2. Book your call through our system.

  3. Place your order after the call.

 

💳 Payment schedule for services:

  • 50% due at booking.

  • 50% due upon completion, before final deliverables are sent.

 

3. Payment & Proof of Payment 💳

  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer (proof required).

  • Orders will not start until proof of payment is received.

  • If proof of payment is not received within 30 calendar days + 5 grace days (35 total) of booking, the order will be automatically cancelled.

4. Non-Refundable Policy 🚫💸

  • All products and services are non-refundable.

  • Gracefully Yours & Co. is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (ex: international materials or unforeseen circumstances).

  • Once payment is received, it is fully committed to your order. This honors the handcrafted nature of our items and the time, planning, and resources invested in your service.

5. Express Orders ⚡

Express production is available only if materials and workload allow.

Two options may be requested:

  • Very urgent: 1–3 days production.

  • Short-term: 4–6 days production.

✨ Please note:

  • Express orders incur additional fees (calculated at checkout).

  • Fees vary depending on the order and urgency.

  • If an express order is not possible, the additional express fee will be refunded.

  • Customers must provide accurate payment details for smooth processing.

6. Customizations & Cancellations 🖌️

  • Custom requests require clear communication before production begins.

  • Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.

7. Delivery & Pickup 📦

  • All products are local pickup only.

  • You’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection.

8. Communication 💌

We’re committed to clear and timely communication.

  • If you have questions, please reach out before placing your order so we can guide you through the process.

9. Agreement ✅

By completing checkout, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
